Meet our first-ever Heat at Home Brownie Pudding taking our legendary fudge brownies and turning them into something hot, gooey, and ultimately saucy.

Every layer is handmade in-house, starting with our rich fudge brownie base, smothered in a thick layer of chocolate fudge sauce, topped with crunchy graham cracker-style spiced biscuit crumble and finished with a chuuuunky slab of marshmallow.

Simply heat at home and get stuck in for the ultimate chocolate brownie dessert – warm, fudgy and unapologetically indulgent. Perfect for sharing after dinner, serving up for a special occasion or keeping all to yourself. No judgement here.

Small: 250g minimum – serves 2–4
Large: 500g minimum – serves 6–8

Please note: our marshmallow is not currently vegetarian, but we’re working on it!

S’MORES HOT FUDGE BROWNIE PUDDING

Golden caster sugar, dark couverture chocolate: minimum cocoa 54.5% (cocoa mass sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier; soya lecithin (soy), natural vanilla flavouring), unsalted butter (milk), eggs, cocoa powder alkalised, organic plain flour (wheat; may contain traces of sesame). ‘Graham’ cracker crumb: Organic plain flour (wheat; may contain traces of sesame), unsalted butter (milk), golden caster sugar, soft brown sugar, bicarbonate of soda, cinammon, ginger, salt, golden syrup (partially inverted refiners syrup). Hot fudge sauce: Condensed milk (whole cows’ milk, sugar, skimmed cows’ milk), unsalted butter (milk), golden syrup (partially inverted refiner syrup), cocoa powder alkalised, dark couverture chocolate: minimum cocoa 54.5% (cocoa mass sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier; soya lecithin (soy), sea salt, double cream (milk), vanilla bean paste (water, alcohol, vanilla pods, brown sugar, molasses, xanthan gum). Homemade Marshmallow: golden caster sugar, water, vanilla bean paste (water, alcohol, vanilla pods, brown sugar, molasses, xanthan gum), sea salt, icing sugar, cornstarch, gelatin (100% pigs skin (sulphites)). Belocolade Milk Chocolate Buttons: Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (soya lecithin (soy)(E322)), natural vanilla flavouring.

Shelf Life

Our brownies are very gooey and keep really well at room temp in tupperware or a cake tin. Brownies have an approximate 7 day best before date from the day we make them. We always make as close to your dispatch date as possible. The best before date will be on the box.

Royal Mail orders are sent via Tracked 24 which normally arrives next day but is not guaranteed.  Postage is £3.90 for all items.

Collection is from our Bakery: Hetty’s Kitchen, Unit 31 Morelands Trading Estate, Bristol Rd, Gloucester, GL1 5RZ.

Collection is available Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays 11am – 3pm.
