If your brownie delivery is for a birthday, celebration or special event, we recommend ordering them to arrive a day or two earlier than you need them.

Brownies aren’t fussy. They keep really, really well, so don’t be shy about getting ahead of yourself. Just keep them airtight and resist eating them before the big day.

Local to us? You can also order brownies for collection and skip the delivery middleman entirely.

Our brownies are baked fresh to order and hold onto that just-baked magic for at least our recommended best-before date.

For the best results, store your brownies in an airtight tub or tin at room temperature. This is where they’re at their squishiest, gooeyest best.

You can keep them in the fridge if you prefer a firmer, chilled brownie. Just make sure they’re airtight so they don’t dry out.

Honest answer? Probably not, and we know that’s not what you’re used to hearing from a brownies-by-post company.

Lots of letterbox brownies are made thin enough to slip through your door. Ours aren’t. We’d rather send you a proper, thick, fudgy brownie that needs answering the door for than a flat one that slides through a slot.

Our brownies are sent via Tracked 24, so you can request delivery to a safe place or neighbour if you’re going to be out.

Yes! Brownies can be frozen, and customers tell us ours freeze brilliantly.

We prefer them fresh, but if you need to make your brownie stash last a little longer, simply store them securely in the freezer and defrost when the craving strikes.

Choose collection when placing your brownie order online and collect between 11am–3pm on your selected collection day.

Can’t make it in time? Don’t panic! We’ll hold your order for collection the following day.

Absolutely. Whether it’s "Happy Birthday", "I’m sorry", "Congratulations" or something only the two of you will understand, you can add a personal message to your brownie gift.

You’ve got two options: add one of our funky greetings cards to make your brownie box extra special, or leave your message at checkout and we’ll add it to the packing slip.

Yes! We offer a mixed brownie box that changes alongside our seasonal menu, giving you the chance to try a selection of Hetty’s flavours in one box.

Because everything is handmade and baked fresh to order, offering lots of different mixed boxes takes a fair bit of planning. Instead, we keep things simple and make one very good seasonal selection.

Please do not eat our brownies if you have a serious food allergy.

They’re good, but they’re not "worth the risk" good.

Our kitchen is small, everything is made by hand, and our brownies are unpackaged. We do everything humanly possible to avoid cross-contamination, but we genuinely cannot rule it out completely.

Our kitchen contains peanuts, sesame, tree nuts (walnuts, pecans, pistachios, hazelnuts, Brazil nuts, macadamia nuts and coconut), lupin, cereals containing gluten (wheat, oats, rye, barley and spelt), milk, sulphites, soybeans, egg and fish.
