Meet our Lemon Curd Blondie gooey, chewy and almost cookie-like, packed with white chocolate chips and marbled with tart, sweet lemon curd. Rich, zesty and ridiculously moreish.

This was the very first white chocolate blondie we ever added to our brownie boxes, and it quickly became such a favourite that we had no choice but to make it permanent. One bite and you'll understand why.

Handmade in small batches with proper ingredients, our Lemon Curd Blondies are available to order online for UK delivery – perfect for gifting, sharing or keeping safely out of everyone else's reach.

Ingredients

LEMON CURD & WHITE CHOCOLATE BLONDIE
Light brown sugar, Unsalted Butter (milk), eggs, Organic Cake and Pastry Flour (organic white wheat flour (with added Calcium Carbonate*, Nicotinamide*, Iron* and Thiamine*) *not organic), vanilla extract (water, ethanol [35%], sugar, vanilla bean extract), baking powder (Wheat flour [Wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine], raising agents [sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate]), air dried lemon powder (100% lemons), Lemon Curd (sugar, whole eggs, unsalted butter (milk) lemon 13% (sulphites), citric acid, pectin).

Shelf Life

Our brownies are very gooey and keep really well at room temp in tupperware or a cake tin. Brownies have an approximate 7 day best before date from the day we make them. We always make as close to your dispatch date as possible. The best before date will be on the box.

Deliveries:

Royal Mail orders are sent via Tracked 24 which normally arrives next day but is not guaranteed.  Postage is £3.90 for all items.

Collection:

Collection is from our Bakery: Hetty’s Kitchen, Unit 31 Morelands Trading Estate, Bristol Rd, Gloucester, GL1 5RZ.

Collection is available Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays 11am – 3pm.
