Made without gluten definitely doesn’t mean made without flavour, texture or that all-important Hetty’s squidge.

We use our own blend of ground almonds and organic gluten-free flour to create a rich, chocolate fudge brownie that’s dense, chocolatey and properly squishy, with a light, crisp flaky top and satisfyingly chewy edges.

Perfect for gifting, sharing or keeping firmly to yourself, our brownies made without gluten ingredients are handmade in small batches and available to order online for UK delivery.

Although we take every precaution to avoid gluten in this product, our brownies are made on-site alongside products that do contain gluten. Cross-contamination is therefore possible and this product may contain traces of gluten.

We use local (Gloucestershire) free range eggs, unsalted traditionally churned butter, organic flour and responsibly sourced chocolate.

Ingredients

Golden caster sugar, dark couverture chocolate: minimum cocoa 54.5% (cocoa mass sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier; soya lecithin (soy), natural vanilla flavouring), unsalted butter (milk), eggs, cocoa powder alkalised, organic gluten free flour blend (rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat), ground almonds (nuts)

Contains milk, egg, nuts and soy. Made in a bakery that also makes products containing wheat, gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, sulphites and lupin

Shelf Life

Our brownies are very gooey and keep really well at room temp in tupperware or a cake tin. Brownies have an approximate 7 day best before date from the day we make them. We always make as close to your dispatch date as possible. The best before date will be on the box.

Deliveries:

Royal Mail orders are sent via Tracked 24 which normally arrives next day but is not guaranteed.  Postage is £3.90 for all items.

Collection:

Collection is from our Bakery: Hetty’s Kitchen, Unit 31 Morelands Trading Estate, Bristol Rd, Gloucester, GL1 5RZ.

Collection is available Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays 11am – 3pm.
