Hetty’s Autumn Limited Edition Mixed Brownie Box

Meet Box 3 of our Seasonal Brownie Range: a limited-edition collection of handmade autumn brownies, blondies and brookies, baked in small batches and packed with proper seasonal flavour.

We create a new seasonal brownie box just four times a year because some things deserve to be done properly rather than rushed out. This autumn, expect gooey chocolate brownies, chewy blondies, handmade fudge, cinnamon, apple, marshmallow and plenty of chocolate.

Basically, autumn in brownie form.

Campfire S'mores Brownie

We've been making a version of our S'mores Brownie since around 2014, but it's had quite the glow-up.

Gone are the shop-bought marshmallows and digestive biscuit base. In their place: our house-made marshmallow fluff (gooier, stickier, better in every way) and homemade graham cracker-style biscuit crumble.

Smoosh it all together with our fudgy chocolate brownie and milk chocolate chunks and you've got the closest thing to an actual campfire s'more. Minus the campfire (sorry, we couldn’t fit it in the box).

Fudgy Crunch Brownie

This one wasn't just made by us. Our Fudgy Crunch Brownie was created with students from Gloucester Academy as part of a project with Gloucester Services.

We spent a couple of months talking flavour, baking, pricing and values – with one very firm rule: no spreads out of a tub; everything handmade.

They tested it, named it and absolutely nailed it.

Our classic fudge brownie is studded with handmade vanilla fudge pieces, buttery shortbread crumble and milk chocolate chunks. It sold out almost immediately when it first landed on the cake table at Gloucester Services, returned for Christmas, and now it's back for autumn.

Cinnamon Bun Blondie

You know the gooey, squishy centre of a cinnamon bun that everyone secretly wants?

Imagine an entire blondie made from that.

Our buttery brown sugar blondie is rippled with cinnamon sugar, loaded with white chocolate chunks and finished with a tangy, sticky cream cheese frosting.

Macadamia & White Chocolate Cookie Dough Brookie

The first time we tried a white chocolate and macadamia cookie, it properly blew our minds. Naturally, we had to turn it into a brookie.

Half fudgy brownie, half buttery cookie-style blondie, this one is loaded with white chocolate chunks, white chocolate buttons and macadamia nuts for the ultimate soft-but-crunchy bite.

Dangerously moreish. You've been warned.

Toffee Apple Blondie

One of our very first blondie specials and still one of the most requested flavours we make.

Our Toffee Apple Blondie combines chewy apple pieces and white chocolate chips with a buttery brown sugar blondie base. It's topped with proper caramel shards that melt as it bakes, leaving little gooey pockets of butterscotch throughout.

Our brownies are very gooey and keep really well at room temp in tupperware or a cake tin. Brownies have an approximate 7 day best before date from the day we make them. We always make as close to your dispatch date as possible. The best before date will be on the box.
