Mince Pie Blondie– All butter, brown sugar blondie with white chocolate chunks, and a zesty, spiced & fruity mincemeat filling. Topped with buttery shortbread crumble.

Light soft brown sugar, unsalted butter (milk), eggs, organic plain flour (wheat, calcium carbonate, Iron, niacin, thiamin, may contain traces of sesame), baking powder (wheat flour, sodium acid pyrophosphate E450(i), sodium bicarbonate E500(ii) , vanilla extract (water, ethanol [35%], sugar, vanilla bean extract), salt. White chocolate chunks: minimum cocoa22.5% (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier; soya lecithin (soya), natural vanilla flavouring). Ground Nutmeg. Mixed Spice. Mincemeat: Sugar, Apples (21%), Raisins (11%) [Raisins, Sunflower Oil], Sultanas (11%) [Sultanas, Sunflower Oil], Currants (6.5%) [Currants, Sunflower Oil], Glucose Syrup, Mixed Peel (3.5%) [Orange peel, Glucose fructose syrup, sugar, lemon peel, acidity regulator: Citric acid], Non-Hydrogenated Vegetable Suet 93%[Palm oil (certified sustainably sourced), Rice flour, sunflower oil], Modified maize starch, mixed spice, acidity regulator: Acetic Acid, Colour: Caramel; Orange oil; lemon oil. Shortbread crumble:  Fortified British Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), Salted Butter (33%) (Butter (Cows’ Milk), Salt), Sugar, Sea Salt, Raising Agent: Ammonium Bicarbonate.

Blondies in this box contain: eggs, milk, dairy, soya, wheat, gluten and maize. May contain traces of sesame.

Made in a kitchen containing: peanuts, barley, oats, nuts, tree nuts, lupin, mustard, sesame and sulphites. Therefore, consumption is not recommended for such allergies because of cross contamination risk.

Alcohol/ethanol is a listed ingredient in some flavours due to its presence prebaking in vanilla, however there is no measurable alcohol content post baking in the finished product.
