We send all parcels as Tracked 24 (usually 1-2 days) postage is included in the price of a box, no additional postage will be added at checkout.

*NB there may still be delays with Royal Mail due to the coronavirus however most of our parcels are currently arriving within 1-2 working days after your dispatch date. A very small minority are taking a little longer. Please get in touch with us if your parcel has not arrived within 3 working days.

On the checkout page you can choose your dispatch date up to 30 days in advance to help with planning for gifts and special occasions. We recommend that you do book in advance where possible to avoid disappointment as sometimes availability for our earliest dispatch days book up quickly.

Collection is from our Bakery: Hetty’s Kitchen, Morelands Trading Estate, Bristol Rd, Gloucester, GL1 5RZ

Collection is available Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays 11am – 3pm.

You may select your preferred collection date at check out, it’s possible to book a few weeks in advance if you wish.

Shelf Life: Our brownies are very gooey and keep really well at toom temp in tupperware or a cake tin. Brownies have a minimum of 7 day best before date from the day we make them. We always make as close to your dispatch date as possible.  

Portion sizes are very generous, we haven’t compromised on size (which is also why they don’t  fit through most letterboxes…if they were thinner they wouldn’t be so fudgy and delicious) 

Made fresh to order, from fresh and local ingredients 

We use local (Gloucestershire) free range eggs, unsalted traditionally churned butter, organic flour and responsibly sourced chocolate.

Suitable for home freezing.

LEMON CHEESECAKE BROWNIE

Golden caster sugar, dark couverture chocolate: minimum cocoa 54.5% (cocoa mass sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier; soya lecithin (soy), natural vanilla flavouring), unsalted butter (milk), eggs, cocoa powder alkalised, organic plain flour (wheat, may contain traces of sesame).

Light cream cheese (medium fat soft cheese (milk), stabilisers [locust bean gum, carrageenan], citric acid), lemon zest. Lemon curd: sugar, eggs, unsalted butter (milk), lemon 13% (sulphites), citric acid, pectin. Ginger nut biscuits: wheat flour (contains calcium carbonate, iron, nicotinamide, thiamine), sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, palm oil, wheat semolina, ground ginger, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate), salt, lemon oil. Cadbury’s Creme Egg (sugar, milk, glucose syrup, cocoa butter, invert sugar syrup, dried whey [from milk], cocoa mass, vegetable fats [palm, shea], emulsifiers; E442, dried egg white, flavourings, colour; paprika extract.

STICKY TOFFEE COOKIE DOUGH

Golden caster sugar, dark couverture chocolate: minimum cocoa 54.5% (cocoa mass sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier; soya lecithin (soy), natural vanilla flavouring), unsalted butter (milk), eggs, cocoa powder alkalised, organic plain flour (wheat, may contain traces of sesame). Light soft brown sugar, baking powder (Wheat flour [Wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine], raising agents [sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate]), vanilla extract (water, ethanol [35%], sugar, vanilla bean extract), salt. Chopped dates: dates 97%, rice flour (3%). Golden syrup: partially inverted refiners’ syrup. Bicarbonate of soda, sodium bicarbonate, E500ii. Caramel mini fudge cubes: sugar, glucose syrup, sweetened condensed milk (milk 56%, sugar 44%), palm oil, butter (milk, salt), emulsifier: glycerol monostearate (from palm). Salted caramel: butter (milk), cream (milk), granulated sugar, salt.

Rhubarb preserve: harbinger rhubarb, sugar, lemon juice, natural pectin. Custard: skimmed milk, buttermilk, sugar, modified starch, palm oil, whey (milk), natural flavourings, colour (carotenes).
