Postage is £3.80 and is applied at checkout. We send via Royal Mail Tracked 24 which aims (but not guarantees) to arrive the next day after your chosen dispatch date. Alternatively you can choose to collect from our Cake Hatch at our Bakery GL1 5RZ.
*NB there may still be delays with Royal Mail due to the coronavirus however most of our parcels are currently arriving within 1-2 working days after your dispatch date. A very small minority are taking a little longer. Please get in touch with us if your parcel has not arrived within 3 working days.
On the checkout page you can choose your dispatch date up to 30 days in advance to help with planning for gifts and special occasions. We recommend that you do book in advance where possible to avoid disappointment as sometimes availability for our earliest dispatch days book up quickly.

Payment will be taken each subsequent month on approximately the same date of the month you placed your original order.
We will post your order on the dispatch date closest to the original dispatch date you choose for your first box. This is usually within 7 days of the same date each month.
You may cancel your order at any time so long as you provide a minimum of 7 days notice to when your next box is due to be dispatched (the dispatch date of your first order). If you do not cancel before this point payment for your next box will still be taken and your brownies sent to you and we will cancel from the following month instead.
Collection days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Fridays and Saturday, so long as you order by at least 12pm the day prior. Please also double check that you are available to collect during our Opening Hours (see below). You may select your preferred collection date at check out, it’s possible to book a few weeks in advance if you wish.
