Double Choc Hazelnut Cream Blondie

What on earth is a Blondie?! They are the cookie like cousin of Brownies! You can make Blondies a few ways, some bakeries use white chocolate as a substitute for the dark chocolate used in normal brownies, or you can make them with brown sugar and make them more chewy and cookie like and a little salty sweet…. that’s how we like them!

We make this double choc chip blondie with toasted hazelnut pieces and filled with white chocolate hazelnut cream puddles, it’s MUY BUENO!

Go on, be KINDER to yourself and indulge in a slice or ten 😉
