NB Please get in touch with us if your parcel has not arrived within 3 working days of your dispatch date. 

Our brownies are baked to order & sent out fresh with the aim to reach you in time to be enjoyed over the course of a week (if you can resist!) therefore your product will have a Best Before of at least 7 days from your shipping date.

On the checkout page you can choose your dispatch date up to 30 days in advance to help with planning for gifts and special occasions. We recommend that you do book in advance where possible to avoid disappointment.

Collection is from our Bakery: Unit 31 Hetty’s Kitchen, Morelands Trading Estate, Bristol Rd, Gloucester, GL1 5RZ

Collections can be booked anywhere from 2 days to several weeks in advance.

Book any available Tuesday- Friday and collect at your convenience between 9am-4pm (if you wish to collect Saturday, please book a Friday collection & we will hold until Saturday for you).

For Christmas collections on 23rd & 24th December, these dates are ONLY available through our separate collection website, HERE.

Items collected on 23rd or 24th December will have a best before of at least 30th/31st December.

We bake everything fresh to order & we aim for all of our products to arrive with you with a shelf life of at least 1 week.

The last available dispatch date before Christmas will be 22nd December, items shipped on this date should have a best before of at least 29th/30th December.

Please keep in mind that a best before date is just a guide, we air on the side of caution, however they will likely keep a while longer than the best before date, so there’s no need to rush to eat them or panic if you’ve missed the postman.

They keep exceptionally well and stay nice and gooey in a tin or Tupperware.

Perfectly suitable for home freezing. They defrost quickly within a couple of hours at room temp.
