Campfire S’mores Brownie We’ve been making a version of this one since about 2014, but it’s changed a lot since then. House made marshmallow fluff (gooier, stickier, better in every way) and our own graham cracker style crumble, packed with more flavour than you can even imagine. Smoosh it all together with milk chocolate chunks and you’ve got the closest thing to an actual campfire s’more, minus the campfire. Fudgy Crunch Brownie This one wasn’t just made by us. It was made with a group of students from All Saints Academy, as part of a project with Gloucester Services. Our classic fudgy brownie base studded with handmade vanilla fudge pieces, buttery shortbread crumble & milk chocolate chunks. What more could you want? Cinnamon Bun Blondie You know the best bit of a cinnamon bun, that gooey, squishy centre everyone fights over? Imagine an entire blondie made of just that. Squishy, buttery brown sugar blondie, swirled through with cinnamon sugar ripples and white chocolate chunks, then finished with a tangy, sticky cream cheese frosting on top. No notes. Macadamia & White Chocolate Cookie Dough The first time we ever had a white chocolate macadamia cookie, it properly blew our minds and we’ve been obsessed ever since. So we took everything we love about that combo and built it into a brookie (half fudgy brownie, half buttery cookie style blondie top) loaded with white chocolate chunks, white choc buttons and plenty of macadamia nuts. Dangerously moreish. Toffee Apple Blondie One of our very first blondie specials, and still one of the most voted for flavours we make, year after year. Chewy apple chunks and white chocolate chips run through a buttery brown sugar blondie base, topped with proper caramel shards that melt in during baking, leaving little chewy pockets of butterscotch throughout. That’s where the real toffee flavour comes from. A genuine classic.
